My proposal to monitor the quality of light from the Moon.

As Leonardo Da vinci Codax studies the gravitational pull of the moon, the light values from earth of the moon to monitor air quality from light pollution properties, this is done as CIE (french standard) for the sun daily in positions globally.

This would give global official sightings and scientific colour and light brightness values for the moon, to the extent that it could be used in render engines for realistic environments. helping plan smart city's and power consumption for lighting.

May surprise this may only need to be 8bit CCD as long as the measurements are from a calibrated accurate device..

I developed a process to monitor solar Glare in Right for Light Architecture analysis, so drivers don't run over members of the public at road crossings if the Sun is reflected into their eyes at the wrong angle on a new build.
