Guest
My innovation consultancy Plan are running a project with the UK government's Connected places Catapult to identify skills gaps that could support the roll-out of Digital Twins to assist decision making in the built environment, mobility and wellbeing sectors (shopping centres, airports, hospitals, etc). Our goal is to focus on Digital Twin productivity benefits to organisations and UK PLC – this will help us identify the critical competencies needed by businesses and government to maximise their use and accelerate uptake. We are inviting Digital Twin experts from three sectors to an online workshop to share and develop the project’s skills recommendations. The workshop will be an opportunity to: Deepen your knowledge of Digital Twin usage and potential in your sector Widen your peer network on the topic Shape skill development recommendations Following the workshop we will fully reference participants in a report that will be circulated to the Digital Twin community. The workshop will take 2-hours via Zoom and be held on the following dates, between 14:00-16:00: Monday 20th Sept – Mobility Tuesday 21st Sept – Built Environment / Critical infrastructure Wednesday 22nd Sept – Wellbeing (from place-based perspective) Please email me at andy@plan.bz if you would like to participate (indicating your sector) or have any questions.
