Tomorrow Today - 2021 Short Film from NDTp's Climate Resilience Demonstrator (CReDo) project

 Share

Directed by BAFTA winning director Colin O’Toole (Cowboy Dave, 2018), Tomorrow Today tells the story of Arthur and his grandson Jack facing the unprecedented Storm Ruby, which has the potential to knock out multiple utility services and threaten lives.

In the run-up to COP26, the CReDo team, with Crocodile Media and Little Monk Productions, produced a poignant short film to give climate-related flood risk a human face. Directed by BAFTA winner Colin O’Toole, Tomorrow Today premiered during COP26.

Accompanying the film was an interactive app, produced by ESRI UK, that showed how connecting data across infrastructure networks could help build resilience against storms like the one portrayed in the film.

Together, they show the urgency and importance of projects like CReDo to adaptation and resilience.
