    TBD as part of lifecycle - Acting on the physical asset following decisions in the digital twin. Decisions and interventions can be as fast as “real-time” (e.g. changing the angle of blades in a wind turbine) or much slower (e.g. influencing policy or planning on public transport  schedules). Interventions can be automated e.g. through actuators, but may also not be e.g. build another turbine.
