The Gemini Papers set the vision for the future, showing the vital role that connected digital twins play in improving social, economic, and environmental outcomes.

The Gemini Papers: Summary Paper contains insight from Dame Wendy Hall, Professor Andy Neely, Alexandra Bolton and Mark Enzer and tells you everything you need to know and what must happen next, in three parts:

• What are connected digital twins?
• Why connected digital twins?
• How to enable an ecosystem of connected digital twins?

The Summary Paper highlights the team responsible for the Gemini Papers and lists the key documents that helped in informing their creation.

I cannot over emphasise the importance of these papers. These summarise all our learning to date and lay out next steps. How often do we consolidate our learning and take a step back to assess it in order to inform the way forward? Thank you to everyone involved in this, not just the papers themselves, but the accumulation of knowledge. Connected digital twins will be a key enabler to solving the global systemic challenges like climate change, biodiversity loss and the transition to a circular economy. This is how we accelerate the change that is required.
